Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

1. Returns for Damaged or Defective Items:

  • We allow returns for defective, damaged items within 2 days of receiving your order.
  • Please inspect your purchase upon delivery. If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately at our email  - contact@veniahome.in - with clear photos of the damaged product and packaging and with the order number in the email subject.

2. Incorrect Item Received:

  • If you receive an item different from what you ordered, contact us within 2 days of receiving your order, at our email with clear photos of the product received and with the order number in the email subject.

3. Eligibility for Returns:

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

4. Return Process:

  • Contact our customer support team within 2 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
  • We will provide you with instructions on how to return the damaged item.

5. Exchange:

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the damaged or incorrect product following our return process and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Refund Policy:

  • We do not provide refunds for returned items. Instead, we offer store credit for the full purchase amount, which can be used towards future orders.

7. Store Credit:

  • Store credit will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • The store credit will be valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.

8. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Certain items, such as gift cards and personalized/ customized products, are non-returnable.

9. Cancellation:

  • We do not accept order cancellations once the order has been shipped.
